Ninos Shamoun is an Enterprise Executive at Semine, where he works with large organisations across the Nordics to modernise finance operations using AI-driven automation.

By combining AI automation, workflow orchestration and financial data access, he works with finance leaders to improve visibility, reduce manual work and create more scalable finance functions as organisations grow.

Charlotte Hübel is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience across audit, transaction advisory, controlling, and senior finance leadership, with a strong grounding in retail and consumer brands.

Her early career at EY and ICA Gruppen grounded her in best practice frameworks and the rigour of large-scale corporate environments, a foundation she has since brought into more entrepreneurial, fast-moving businesses where agility and speed of execution matter just as much.

At Babyshop Group, The Lexington Company, and now Tiger of Sweden, where she joined in 2024, Charlotte has been a central driver of transformation across all three businesses. From building scalable finance functions to navigating structural change and strategic repositioning, she brings both financial and operational hands-on leadership that has defined her work throughout these transformation journeys.
